# Pre-Fill Rates

Pre-filling rates will require that your account has categories. Set up correctly and base rates. This can be set up using your Categories and [Rates Table](https://docs.stayonhire.com/billing/rates-table) page.

## 1. Go to your [Settings > Billing](https://app.stayonhire.com/org/billing) page

## 2. Scroll down to 'Asset Rates'

## 3. Toggle 'Pre-fill jobs' ON to 'Auto insert rates (if known)'
