Pre-Fill Rates

We understand that not all higher businesses will want to automatically pre-fill rates into new jobs. This page will outline how to set up pre-filling rates into your new jobs.

Pre-filling rates will require that your account has categories. Set up correctly and base rates. This can be set up using your Categories and Rates Table page.

1. Go to your Settings > Billing page

2. Scroll down to 'Asset Rates'

3. Toggle 'Pre-fill jobs' ON to 'Auto insert rates (if known)'

This may be set OFF to 'Don't auto insert rates' or can be switched ON to 'Auto insert rates (if known)' as pictured
